Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Discovery/advisory sessions are refundable if canceled 24 hours in advance.
• For project work, payments are milestone-based; completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If Client cancels an active SOW, unused prepaid time is refundable minus any work performed.
• Any exceptions must be agreed in writing in the SOW.
